Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Sales Specialist to expand our neonatology service footprint over several states. This strategic role combines outbound B2B lead generation with creative B2B marketing. You will design targeted campaigns to engage hospital administrators, pitch our specialized neonatal and pediatric services, and secure long-term hospital partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Creation: Design and execute targeted B2B sales campaigns to showcase our neonatology and pediatric service lines to hospitals.
  • Lead Sourcing: Identify and qualify clinical partnership opportunities within community hospitals, regional medical centers, and healthcare systems.
  • C-Suite Prospecting: Navigate complex hospital hierarchies to engage Chief Executive Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Directors of Maternal-Child Health, and other C-Suite executives.
  • Sales Execution: Participate in clinical and financial value propositions, manage communications, and assist in contract negotiations until closure.
  • Market Positioning: Position our neonatology services as a solution to improve hospital NICU outcomes, reduce transfers, and increase local market share.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of success in healthcare B2B sales, healthcare marketing, or hospital provider relations.
  • Niche Knowledge: Prior experience selling maternal, neonatal, pediatric, or outsourced clinical services is preferred.
  • Lead Generation: Proven ability to build an active sales pipeline from scratch using digital outreach, industry networking, software, and direct cold outreach.
  • Marketing Skills: Experience developing sales collateral, email nurture campaigns, or educational webinars tailored to healthcare executives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Marketing.
