Purpose
We're looking for an experienced Freelance Creative Director with a strong background in 360° entertainment marketing and experiential to join our team for a short-term pitch for an entertainment brand. This person will help lead creative development, with a particular focus on big, attention-grabbing ideas that can live across experiential, social, digital, partnerships, and other consumer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker who knows how to build a campaign around a strong central idea and translate it into experiences that feel culturally relevant, strategically grounded, and genuinely exciting for fans.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead creative concepting and development for a 360° entertainment marketing pitch, with experiential playing a key role.
  • Translate big campaign platforms across live experiences, activations, stunts, partnerships, social, digital, OOH, and other extensions.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to take ideas from initial concept through pitch-ready execution.
  • Help shape creative presentations, including writing, refining, and clearly articulating concepts for a client-facing pitch deck.
  • Identify opportunities to build fandom, cultural conversation, and earned attention around an entertainment brand.
Required Skills
  • 8-12 years of creative experience, ideally within an advertising, entertainment marketing, experiential, or integrated agency environment.
  • Previous experience developing campaigns for entertainment clients is required, including film, television, streaming, gaming, or adjacent entertainment brands.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates real-world experiential executions is required. We want to see work that has moved beyond the deck and into physical spaces, activations, events, installations, stunts, or fan experiences.
  • Strong experience developing integrated/360° campaigns that extend a central creative idea across multiple channels.
  • A proven ability to develop culturally relevant, fan-first ideas that generate excitement beyond traditional advertising.
  • Strong conceptual, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working quickly and collaboratively in a fast-moving pitch environment.

$85-$110 USD
