Are you an ambitious, driven marketer looking to build your skills across a wide range of marketing skillsets? We are seeking a highly skilled marketer to join our Global Banking & Markets integrated marketing team. This individual will work across a variety of projects and gain experience in marketing strategy, market research, positioning and messaging, creative development, website and content, and paid media.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and talented Vice President to support the Global Banking & Markets (GBM) integrated marketing team, reporting to the Head of Integrated Marketing. This role will work across our GBM businesses, supporting priority growth initiatives by leveraging a deep understanding of the businesses and audience insights. The position is grounded in strategy and requires the ability to function as a strategic conductor, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop world‑class campaigns that drive business goals, primarily through the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various goals, from awareness to lead generation. The ideal candidate will be a B2B expert, preferably with strong financial services experience.

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead advertising campaign development and execution across strategy, messaging, creative development, landing page development, tracking and media planning and execution
  • Manage creative and paid media agency relationships
  • Campaign reporting, analysis and optimizations
  • Partner with product marketers to understand business goals and develop activation strategies
  • Develop messaging and communication strategies
  • Develop landing page strategies and website messaging
  • Assist in market research development and analysis
  • Manage one direct report and one indirect report
  • Develop processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies
  • Competitive analysis and desktop research
  • Ensure professional oversight of all projects, timely delivery of assets and a high standard of excellence on all projects
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably integrated marketing
  • Experience leading advertising campaigns from strategy to execution including messaging development, communication strategy development, creative development and measurement
  • Strong understanding of paid media best practices and experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Experience developing breakthrough messaging and advertising creatives
  • Led creative and paid media agency relationships
  • Experience developing a wide range of marketing materials including sales collateral, website, ads, social posts, email, etc.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Detail‑oriented problem‑solver who can employ sound judgement, critical thinking and swift decision making with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Team‑oriented, with confidence to interact with multiple stakeholders and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time‑sensitive projects, with keen sense of urgency
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States‑based position is $125,000‑$250,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year‑end.
