Position Summary

(This role will be primarily based in Dallas, with occasional project work in Fairfield.)

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join Foxfield Agency in support of brand development, visual identity, and design execution across our portfolio of luxury real estate and hospitality assets. The ideal candidate brings experience within high-end real estate development or five-star hospitality environments and demonstrates a refined design sensibility aligned with elevated brand standards.


This role blends creative design and marketing support, with a strong emphasis on brand consistency across all guest-facing and stakeholder materials. The Designer will collaborate closely with surveyors, agronomists, leadership teams, and club members to develop signage, wayfinding systems, maps, and other visual assets that shape the guest and member experience. Success in this role requires exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate conceptual vision into polished, presentation-ready design. This is not a social media-focused position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold and elevate the Todd Interests brand standards across all creative output
  • Produce high-quality visual design assets using industry-standard software
  • Design and support development of branded communications including newsletters, emails, brochures, and member-facing materials
  • Create and maintain signage, wayfinding systems, maps, and visual identity elements across properties
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to execute design initiatives
  • Maintain organization of design assets, tools, and materials, including recommendations for enhancements
  • Continuously refine and refresh brand materials to ensure a cohesive, elevated, and enduring visual identity


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury real estate development or five-star hospitality preferred
