We are looking for a Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Canada team and contribute to delivering exceptional client outcomes across Brand, Creative & Innovation and Customer Experience (CX) solutions.This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of research,analyticsand consulting, helping clients better understand their brands, customers and growth opportunities through robust insights and evidence-based recommendations.

As a Senior Associate, you will support the delivery of brand performance, creativeevaluationand innovation studies, while also playing a key role in the execution and management of large-scale Customer Experience programmes. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality research, meaningful analysis and actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver research and analytics projects focused on brand performance, creativeeffectivenessand innovation.

  • Support questionnaire design, sampleplanningand analytical frameworks.

  • Analyse data and develop compelling insights that address client business challenges.

  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations that translate findings into clear recommendations.

  • Manage project timelines and quality standards while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve processes,efficiencyand research delivery.

Customer Experience

  • Support the execution and management of customer experience measurement programmes.

  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and reporting excellence.

  • Maintain proactive communication with clientsregardingproject status,requirementsand data investigations.

  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and deliverables across concurrent projects.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in market research, with exposure to quantitative methodologies.

  • Experience supporting Customer Experience (CX) programmes is highly valued.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to turn data into insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and research tools such as SPSS or similar analytics platforms.
