Job Overview
We are seeking a resourceful, detail-driven Creative Producer & Stylist to join our in-house Brand Creative team. This role is the operational backbone of our photo and video productions - ensuring every shoot is well-planned, thoroughly prepped, and executed at the level our brands demand. You'll manage logistics, source product and props, style on set, and keep timelines and budgets on track, all while helping the creative team stay focused on what they do best.
The right person for this role understands that what's in front of the camera matters as much as who's behind it. You have a strong eye for product presentation, styling, and set detail - and you know how to turn a creative brief into a fully realized production without losing anything in translation. This role reports to the Associate Creative Director of Photo & Video.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pre-Production
  • Source products, devices, props, wardrobe, and locations for all shoots
  • Book and manage talent, coordinating with agencies and independent talent as needed
  • Handle all external communications with vendors, talent, locations, and freelance crew
  • Procure and manage equipment rentals
  • Coordinate shoot-day food, safety logistics, and on-set support
  • Clean, prep, and maintain products and devices before and during every shoot
  • Maintain an organized product, prop, and sample inventory

Styling & On-Set Direction
  • Style products, surfaces, props, and environments to meet the creative brief and brand standards
  • Ensure consistency of look and feel across shoots - surfaces, backgrounds, lighting context, and product presentation
  • Source and manage wardrobe for lifestyle and talent-led productions
  • Collaborate closely with photographers and videographers to refine the frame before the shutter fires
  • Anticipate set needs and solve problems before they disrupt the shoot

Production Support
  • Be present on set as a second person - both for hands-on support and safety compliance
  • Send call sheets and manage day-of logistics and scheduling
  • Monitor budgets in real time, submit receipts, and reconcile costs after each shoot
  • Track shot lists and keep the production moving on schedule
  • Help ensure brand and creative standards are upheld throughout execution
  • Manage device check-in/check-out and maintain device inventory

Project & Workflow Coordination
  • Manage incoming production requests, track assignments, and communicate weekly status updates
  • Partner with the creative director and project managers on reporting, priority alignment, and scheduling
  • Track timelines and deliverables across photo, video, and 3D content workflows
  • Help define project briefs, clarify scopes, and coordinate internal reviews and approvals
  • Manage content handoff, archiving, and field requests for existing assets
  • Ship products and devices to agencies and external partners as needed

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in creative production - photo, video, or content - preferably in-house
  • A genuine eye for styling: product, prop, surface, and wardrobe - with the instinct to know when something isn't right
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; you keep shoots from going sideways before they start
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to manage vendors, negotiate timelines, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Comfortable managing multiple active productions simultaneously without losing quality or detail
  • Working knowledge of production workflows, creative tools, and digital file types
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and digital project tracking tools (Asana, SmartSheet, Google Suite, or similar)

Nice to Have
  • Experience styling for consumer electronics, tech accessories, or product-focused brands
  • Background coordinating talent, location scouts, and production logistics independently
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud workflows - you don't need to execute, but knowing the tools helps
  • Experience supporting 3D or CGI render teams
  • Awareness of AI-generated visual workflows and where they intersect with physical production
  • Previous work in in-house studios or fast-paced consumer product environments

Why ZAGG?
  • Catered lunches every Wednesday
  • Generous PTO plus 2 floating holidays
  • 401(k) match
  • Free phone case and screen protectors
  • 50% discount on all ZAGG products
  • Tuition reimbursement
