Purpose of Role
The Manager, Global Content & Storytelling is responsible for creating and executing meaningful, high-impact content that brings the Under Armour brand to life across presentations, video, and key brand moments.
This role combines exceptional design craft with strategic storytelling-translating business priorities, leadership messaging, and brand vision into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with internal and external audiences.
The candidate will collaborate with internal teammates and external production partners to shape stories, develop creative assets, and ensure all components of a given presentation, event, or piece of content meet the Brand's high expectations and standards.
Your Impact
Story Development & Narrative Leadership
  • Craft compelling narratives in partnership with executives and cross-functional teams for internal and external communications
  • Translate complex ideas and brand strategies into clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant storytelling
  • Shape story arcs and messaging across presentations, video, and multi-format content

Content Creation & Design Execution
  • Design and develop visually impactful presentations aligned to company branding standards
  • Concept, script, and oversee the creation of video content and motion graphics to support storytelling needs
  • Integrate visual design, motion, and narrative into cohesive, best-in-class content experiences

Creative Direction & Asset Development
  • Source, brief, and direct the creation of creative assets (graphics, motion, video) from internal teams and external partners
  • Provide creative direction to ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all outputs
  • Determine the most effective medium (presentation, video, animation, etc.) to tell each story

Production & Execution
  • Coordinate with on- and off-site production partners (A/V, video, lighting, sound) to deliver seamless execution
  • Oversee content delivery for live and recorded events, ensuring technical accuracy and creative quality
  • Travel as needed to support key presentations and events, ensuring flawless execution

Partnership & Influence
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to refine messaging and elevate storytelling clarity
  • Serve as a trusted creative partner, influencing how stories are shaped and presented across the organization
  • Build strong working relationships across Brand, Marketing, Product, and Communications teams

Qualifications
  • Advanced communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Expert proficiency in Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong understanding of corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography across digital and video formats
  • Deep understanding of presentation and production environments, including aspect ratios, video systems, sound, and A/V execution
  • Ability to think conceptually and gain buy-in from teammates and senior executives
  • Proven ability to operate with speed, precision, and creativity under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced corporate environment with high visibility
  • Capture high-quality video content across interviews, events, brand campaigns, product and athlete storytelling
  • Edit compelling short-form and long-form video content that aligns with brand standards and audience objectives.
  • Support live and fast-turn content needs, delivering timely edits for key events, campaigns, and brand moments
  • Maintain an organized workflow for media management, project files, archives, and version control.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and other post-production techniques to elevate content quality.
  • Stay current on video trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices to continuously improve creative output.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in design, content creation, or brand storytelling roles
  • Experience spanning presentations, video production, and event or executive communications preferred
  • Infrequent domestic and international travel
  • Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call as projects demand

Base Compensation
$100,000.00-$135,000.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
