About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organized, and social media-obsessed Creative Content Marketing Intern to join our marketing team for a full-time internship lasting at least two months.
This role is perfect for someone who loves creating content, keeping up with social media trends, and wants hands-on experience producing real marketing campaigns. You'll help source creators, create original content, support creative production, and bring fresh ideas to our content pipeline.
We're open to applicants from all backgrounds, though this opportunity is especially well suited for recent graduates, co-op students, or students looking for hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media.
What You'll Do
  • Research and source UGC creators for paid advertising campaigns
  • Reach out to creators and help coordinate content production
  • Film and edit short-form social media videos for paid ads and organic content based on creative briefs
  • Help bring creative concepts to life through engaging, platform-native content
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for marketing initiatives
  • Support product photography, graphic design, or other creative projects when needed
  • Stay on top of TikTok, Instagram, and digital marketing trends
  • Organize creative assets and help keep projects moving
  • Brainstorm new ad concepts and creative ideas with the marketing team

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative
  • Excited to learn by creating-not just observing
Bonus Skills

  • Photography or videography experience
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Video editing experience
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
  • Familiarity with influencer or creator marketing

Benefits
  • 25$ an hour pay
  • Full-time internship (40 hours/week) for a minimum of two months
  • Opportunity to build a professional portfolio with work seen by millions of people
  • Real ownership over creative projects
  • Flexible, collaborative, and creative work environment
  • Potential for the internship to be extended based on performance and business needs
