LOCATIONS: Edinburgh or Halifax

HOURS:Full-time

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Media & Creative Campaign Delivery: leading the end-to-end delivery of integrated media and creative communications campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, driving brand and product growth, customer engagement and commercial performance.

  • Media Optimisation and Leadership: Lead agency partnerships, media governance, PRF management and media auditing processes to optimise performance, improve effectiveness and maximise return on investment.

  • Matrix Collaboration: Partner across Full Funnels and Accelerator teams to unlock growth and deliver integrated campaigns.

  • Creative Excellence: Develop bold, insight-led creative with world-class agencies to deliver best in class, award winning work.

  • Innovation & Improvement: Anticipate trends, test new ideas, and scale what works to boost effectiveness and drive business growth.

  • Line Management: Inspire and guide a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Budget Management: Manage budgets with discipline, ensuring accurate planning, PO control, and reporting.

  • Governance: Maintain compliance and risk standards, ensuring all activity meets FCA and Group requirements.

  • Campaign Leadership: Expert in the development and execution of end-to-end integrated comms delivery of high-profile, multi-channel campaigns incl AV, Social, Influencers, OOH, Print, Digital, Website and Internal activations. Manage workflows, stakeholders, and agencies to deliver on time, on budget, and on brief, driving measurable impact.

  • Creative Development: Proven ability to create bold, insight-driven work with top agencies and senior stakeholders, optimising performance through clear KPIs and continuous improvement.

  • Media & Innovation: Deep understanding of traditional and emerging media, leveraging data to test, scale, and stay ahead of changing customer behaviours.

  • Collaboration & Leadership: Skilled at navigating complex plans across diverse teams within a matrix organisation, bringing clarity, energy, and solutions to keep delivery on track.

  • Controls & Governance: Experienced in managing significant budgets and ensuring compliance with FCA and Group risk frameworks, maintaining the highest standards of governance and control.
