Job description

This role collaborates with the Senior Art Director & Senior Graphic Designer to bring creative vision to life through a blend of hands-on asset creation, AIโ€‘assisted workflows, and scalable creative systems. This role is responsible for generating original AIโ€‘driven visual assets, extending and adapting Senior Art Director to create imagery, and building repeatable processes that enable high-quality creative output at scale. It is a collaborative and execution-oriented role that sits at the intersection of creative craft, technology, and production efficiency. This role will amplify the creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extend, adapt, and refine imagery created by the Sr Art Director across formats, channels, and use cases
  • Support the Art Director in executing concepts by translating direction into production ready assets
  • Maintain a high bar for visual quality, consistency, and cleanliness across all outputs.
  • Develop and maintain AI assisted creative workflows, including prompt systems, templates, and variation strategies
  • Establish humanโ€‘inโ€‘theโ€‘loop processes to ensure AI outputs meet creative and brand standards
  • Execute a repeatable, scalable systems for creative production without sacrificing craft
  • Optimize asset pipelines to efficiently produce variations, adaptations, and iterations
  • Create lightweight documentation to support reuse and consistency across creative work
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams as needed to deliver assets
  • Communicate clearly about technical constraints, opportunities, and creative trade-offs

Required

    • Strong experience generating and manipulating visual assets using modern creative tools
    • Hands-on experience with AI image generation and augmentation tools
    • Comfort working from creative direction and feedback, especially from an Art Director
