As our dedicated designer, you'll have real ownership, shaping how a fast-growing SaaS brand looks and feels to the world.

  • Design landing pages that convert, balancing layout, visual hierarchy, and CRO best practices
  • Create digital advertising assets across social, display, and paid channels
  • Design and maintain website assets and social media graphics
  • Produce video and motion graphics for social content, ads, and product marketing
  • Build product animations and demos that showcase Creator's platform capabilities
  • Design infographics, reports, and thought leadership visuals for content marketing
  • Design newsletter and email creative that drives opens and clicks
  • Create full asset packages for product launches, working cross functionally for a cohesive rollout
  • Design print materials, branded merchandise, and event assets as needed
  • Maintain and evolve Creator's visual identity across all channels and formats

What You Bring

  • 35 years of design experience in a SaaS, tech, or agency environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating range, from polished marketing collateral to motion graphics and digital ads
  • Expert-level Figma; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Solid grasp of design fundamentals: typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for digital and print across multiple formats and channels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Strong communication skills, you can articulate design decisions and take feedback constructively

Nice to Have

  • Experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, or affiliate marketing SaaS
  • Familiarity with Webflow or similar no-code web tools
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience owning or contributing to a brand refresh or design system

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary and benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance)
  • A vibrant, dog-friendly office in downtown Vancouver with the flexibility of remote work 2 days per week
  • An inclusive environment with a team of passionate and talented individuals
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth, with access to industry events and conferences
  • A supportive company culture that values collaboration, innovation, and communication
  • The opportunity to participate in the scaling up of a thriving company including the professional and personal upside that comes with it

Compensation

We offer a starting annual salary of $60,000 $75,000 CAD

Total compensation includes salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks
