• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances, promoting their personal growth and emotional healing.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions to address clients’ diverse issues effectively.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all clients.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring protection of sensitive information.

You will work with a broad client demographic, including individuals struggling with emotional challenges such as mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and addiction. • Experience working in a community mental health setting or similar environment.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems for client management.

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
