What you'll do:

• Develop and execute strategies to automate creative production workflows, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
• Lead the creation and implementation of a technology roadmap focused on automation and innovative tools, including Generative AI.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to align automation initiatives with creative and business objectives.
• Oversee adoption, integration, and ongoing support of automation platforms, ensuring optimal utilization.
• Monitor and analyze automated workflows and outputs to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.
• Manage resource allocation, mentor team members, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Establish performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in developing and executing creative automation strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Strong expertise in workflow automation and integrating generative artificial intelligence within marketing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technology roadmap development and implement innovative automation tools.
• Skilled in resource allocation, project management, and driving cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical teams focused on automation support and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in analyzing data to measure automation performance and optimize creative production outcomes.
• Ability to align automation initiatives with business objectives and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
