Project Manager

Join an innovative company at the forefront of the trade show and experiential marketing industry as a Project Manager. In this dynamic role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of custom trade show exhibits and experiential programs, serving as the pivotal point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. Your expertise will drive projects from concept through on-site installation, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards. Be part of a fast-paced environment where ownership, proactive problem-solving, and strong relationship management are key to success.

Required Skills:

  • 3–7+ years of project management experience in trade shows, exhibits, or experiential marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client management capabilities
  • Budget management and financial tracking experience

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working with exhibit houses or experiential agencies
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar
  • Knowledge of exhibit production processes, logistics, and show services
  • Experience in fabrication or event-related industries
