You conduct user research, develop customer journey maps, and design experiences that reduce friction and delight shoppers at every stage of their in-store discovery process.
This position will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements for all asset needs across channels and devising efficient strategies for the launch of content at scale for our demo devices, digital screens and detail page experiences. You'll leverage UX best practices-including usability testing, wireframing, and iterative design-to ensure our retail fixtures and demo experiences are accessible, discoverable, and conversion-optimized.

• Design and optimize on-device demo experiences and digital touchbar interactions that are intuitive and conversion-focused, leveraging user research, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics
• Be a strategic thought-leader collaborating with product marketing, product management, and design to determine messaging priorities, incorporating UX best practices for information hierarchy and interaction patterns
• Conduct usability testing on demo fixtures and touchbar interfaces to identify friction points and iterate on experiences that maximize engagement and purchase intent
• Clarify project commitments and maintain accountability by leading stakeholder meetings, ensuring UX requirements are prioritized
• Oversee production of engaging print materials, digital content, and video assets applying UX content strategy principles
• Develop comprehensive playbooks incorporating UX design standards, accessibility guidelines, and conversion optimization tactics
• Stay updated on retail UX design trends, interactive fixture technologies, and customer experience innovation
• Implement scalable processes maintaining high UX quality standards across channels
• Champion the offline playbook, incorporating UX research insights into continuous improvement
• Design information architecture and navigation flows for digital touchbars that reduce cognitive load and create clear paths to purchase
• Manage budget for on-fixture video content and design spend, ensuring resources drive measurable conversion lift
• Proven track record of taking Ownership and Delivering Results
