  • Manage all aspects of production, including creative planning, timelines, budgets, vendors, agencies, freelancers and production workflows.
  • Own pre-production planning, including creative briefs, shot lists, schedules, talent coordination, locations and logistics.
  • Oversee on-set production and post-production to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and at the highest creative standard.
  • Partner closely with Communications, Marketing and Creative Services to develop integrated content that supports enterprise priorities, executive communications, campaigns and major business initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of how creative content supports broader business objectives and brand strategy
  • Proven experience managing complex productions from strategy and planning through execution and delivery
  • Exceptional project management, organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with executive leaders and cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment
  • Outstanding creative judgment with meticulous attention to detail
  • Positive, collaborative and highly proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Able to operate with speed and urgency while managing multiple priorities and delivering consistently high-quality work
  • Flexible and responsive to support business-critical moments, including occasional evenings or weekends when needed
