We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and dependable Life Enrichment Assistant to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents through engaging, therapeutic, and person-centered activities.

Schedule

  • Sunday - Thursday

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and conduct daily group and individual activities that are goal-oriented and appropriate for each resident.

  • Follow the daily activity schedule and ensure programs begin and end on time.

  • Document resident attendance and participation accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Observe and report noticeable changes in resident participation or behavior to the Activity Director.

  • Assist with preparing, publishing, and distributing the monthly activity calendar and community newsletter.

  • Design, publish, and distribute daily and weekend activity flyers.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred, but not required.

  • At least one year of experience in social or recreational programming in a licensed senior living or healthcare setting.

  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service.

  • Ability to work closely and professionally with residents, families, visitors, guests, supervisors, and coworkers.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
