Job description

The Director of Digital Marketing is a senior, in-office leadership role responsible for building and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that advances the mission and growth of Bride Ministries International. The position will execute strategic marketing initiatives for the Bride Ministries Church, Bride Ministries Institute, Bride Ministries Live Events, and Bride Ministries Coaching Company.

This role oversees content marketing, social media marketing and management, email marketing, and audience growth, working closely with executive leadership and staff to finalize priorities. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and is passionate about leveraging digital platforms to reach people, disciple believers, and expand ministry impact. The ideal candidate should be a well-seasoned leader, who can recruit, hire and manage a team that will eventually support the Bride Ministries International marketing efforts globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational vision, mission, and growth goals
    • Lead and manage all digital marketing efforts across multiple brands and initiatives (church, institute, live events, coaching programs)
    • Collaborate in person with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to support launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
    • Build, lead, and mentor an in‑house digital marketing team and manage external vendors or contractors as needed
  • Content Marketing
    • Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of high‑quality, mission‑aligned content (written, video, audio, and visual)
    • Ensure content supports teaching, discipleship, thought leadership, and conversion goals
    • Manage editorial calendars aligned with sermon series, academic terms, conferences, and coaching launches
    • Maintain brand voice, theological integrity, and consistency across all platforms
  • Social Media Marketing & Management
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow reach, engagement, and community across platforms
    • Oversee daily, in‑office social media operations including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and moderation
    • Guide strategy for short‑form video, livestreams, reels, and stories
    • Monitor platform trends and adjust strategy to maximize effectiveness
    • Foster a healthy, Christ‑centered online presence and community
  • Email Marketing & Automation
    • Lead all email marketing strategy including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated nurture sequences
    • Segment audiences (church members, students, event attendees, coaching clients) for personalized communication
    • Optimize performance through testing, analytics, and ongoing refinement
    • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data standards
  • Events, Institute & Coaching Growth
    • Drive digital campaigns that support conference attendance, course enrollment, certifications, and coaching programs
    • Collaborate on‑site with events, education, and coaching teams to ensure seamless audience journeys
    • Support registration, ticket sales, enrollment, and retention through optimized digital funnels
  • Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
    • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Use data insights to improve strategy, messaging, and performance
    • Oversee marketing tools and platforms including CRM, email systems, analytics, and social media management tools
Qualifications
  • Required
  • 5–8+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility
  • Proven expertise in content marketing, social media marketing and management, and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of audience growth, digital funnels, and engagement strategies
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives or brands simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to work on‑site in Katy, Texas
