Dans ce role cle en paie et avantages sociaux, tu joueras un role central dans l'experience employe chez FARO CREAFORM. Tu assureras un traitement de la paie fluide et conforme. Si tu aimes avoir une vue d'ensemble, collaborer avec les RH / finances et evoluer dans un environnement structure mais en constante evolution, ce poste est pour toi.

Tes responsabilites dans ce role de specialiste a la paie a Levis sont:

  • Effectuer la paie bimensuellement;
  • Assister la maison mere sur la paie bimensuellement pour les employes US;
  • Etre la personne de references aupres des employes et des instances gouvernementales pour les questions reliees a la paie et avantages sociaux;
  • Gerer les avantages sociaux (ex. assurance collective, REER, Banques de vacances, etc.)
  • Assister a la fermeture de mois financiere pour ce qui est relatif a la remuneration des employes.
  • Analyser, verifier et completer divers rapports de fin d'annee pour la paie et en lien avec le budget de salaires (T4 et R1 Sommaire, Declaration CNESST, etc.)
  • Etre a l'affut des differentes modifications en lien avec la paie, les exigences gouvernementales et les lois (ex. taux, normes, specificites COVID, etc.)

Ce qui t'aidera a bien fonctionner dans ce tole de specialiste a la paie:

  • Detenir un diplome de niveau collegial en administration avec specialisation en administration / en bureautique ou experience equivalente ;
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'experience annees d'experience pertinente en gestion de la paie et soutien administratif ;
  • Membre de l'Institut National de la Paie (ACP), un atout
  • Connaissance de ADP ;
  • Avoir de l'experience en traitement de la paie et administration des avantages sociaux;
  • Maitrise de la suite Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Bonne connaissance de l'anglais (pour communication avec nos collegues anglophones)
