MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced TLM Tester (CRD & AIM) located in Boston MA. Our client is a leading independent asset management firm looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Responsibilities: 

•    Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT for initiatives involving CRIMS and Bloomberg AIM.
•    Perform trade entry across CRIMS and Bloomberg AIM to support workflow testing, validation, and system enhancements.
•    Analyze and document trading workflows, compliance rules, and portfolio management processes across both platforms.
•    Configure and maintain CRIMS modules including Order Management, Compliance, and Portfolio Management, and assist with Bloomberg AIM integration and data validation.
•    Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and compliance teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
•    Lead and support workflow testing, identifying issues and applying critical thinking to resolve them efficiently.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to trade execution, compliance alerts, and data integration across CRIMS and Bloomberg AIM.
•    Coordinate with Charles River and Bloomberg support teams, as well as internal stakeholders, for workflow changes, system upgrades, and patches.
•    Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, workflows, trade entry procedures, and change requests. 

CANDIDATE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Application Support Analyst with expertise in both Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) and Bloomberg AIM. This role will focus on trade entry in support of workflow testing, ensuring operational accuracy and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to support and optimize trade workflows across platforms.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•    5+ years of experience working with Charles River CRIMS and Bloomberg AIM in a business systems or analyst role.
•    Strong understanding of investment management operations, trading workflows, and compliance processes.
•    Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
•    Experience with FIX protocol, market data feeds, and integration with upstream/downstream systems.
•    Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in trade entry and workflow validation.
•    Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•    Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
•    CRD training or certification in Charles River modules. 
•    Bloomberg AIM proficiency and experience with Bloomberg API or data services.

- Work schedule (Boston MA preferred, Remote Possible)
- Hours per week (40 hrs per week, M-F)
