Job description

Position Summary:

The Cranial Program Development Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of the cranial install base by providing strategic assistance to the RSM and local sales teams. This includes identifying add-on opportunities within existing EGPS accounts, as well as driving greenfield sales of ExcelsiusGPS robots by delivering clinically focused sales support, leveraging clinical expertise to identify opportunities and facilitate growth across all aspects of the cranial business. The Cranial PDM will also promote awareness and expansion of Globus Cranial Technology within academic institutions, positioning the company as a leader in this space. The Cranial PDM requires a strong understanding of the operating room environment and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to support both sales and training activities. Building and maintaining relationships with INR and Implant Sales teams is essential. The role involves regular presence in the operating room, as well as engagement with facility administration.

This Cranial PDM should be based in Phoenix, AZ (preferred), Denver, CO or San Diego, CA.

Essential Functions:

  • Clinical, Technical and Sales expertise of Globus Cranial Solutions and competitive platforms

  • Become an ExcelsiusGPS cranial surgery expert across all primary cranial procedures

  • Work with RSM's, AD's and STM's to identify and target add-on opportunities within the existing EGPS install base and Greenfield opportunities alike

  • Assist with surgeon demos's, VIP's, bio skills labs, society meetings and trade shows

  • Troubleshoot Target stalled robotic spine accounts and determine if cranial add-on's could help to drive robot implementation

  • Work with Cranial CSM to identify key surgeons and drive system utilization through surgeon trainings and education events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required\

  • Minimum 2 years cranial selling experience within capital or clinical sales (both preferred)

  • Experience in supporting new and disruptive technologies in a market is a plus

  • Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment is a must.

  • Knowledge of the operating room environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Well organized, detail oriented, and capable of working in a deadline driven environment

  • Willingness to travel
