Position: Collision Estimator
Location:
607 NJ33 (Route33), Hamilton Township / Trenton, NJ 08619
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Saturday by appointment;
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate, detailed collision repair estimates using CCC or Mitchell platforms.
  • Meet with customers to assess damage, explain estimates, answer questions, and upsell quality repairs or OEM parts.
  • Collaborate with technicians and parts teams to plan repair scopes and timelines.
  • Work with customers, body shop staff, and insurance adjusters to manage claims and approvals.
  • Support shop growth goals through sales-oriented estimating and consistent customer experiences.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Experience in auto body estimating or solid background in paint/body repair.
  • Familiarity with industry software (CCC One, Mitchell) preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple claims.
  • Ability to work under pressure; estimators are the face of the shop, balancing expectations from techs, insurers, and clients
  • Commission or bonus structure based on sales or gross profit commonly offered in estimating roles.
