Job description

  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP's), repair guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Ensure a safe work environment.
  • Ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prep tools to start repair process.
  • Grind PDC bits and other products.
  • De-braze PDC drill bits for reclamation of cutters.
  • Sandblast PDC drill bits and other items.
  • Bondo and Paint PDC Bits and other products.
  • Receive bits and/or Drill-n-Reams into company software.
  • Transport bits and/or Drill-n-Reams utilizing cranes or forklifts.
  • Use of machine and hand tools.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
