Job description

SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza is a fun, fast paced restaurant featuring Neapolitan-inspired pizza, fresh salads, wine, craft beer and gelato (Italian ice cream). SPIN! is a scratch kitchen, and prepares everything in-house. The restaurant offers an upbeat dining experience, and a casual, fun and professional environment for team members.

Hourly Team Member Restaurant Positions:

SERVER

  • SPIN! servers take care of food and drink service for all SPIN! guests. A positive, friendly attitude and a team player work ethic is necessary for this role. Servers must be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively maintain self-composure. Servers should be able to perform tasks while exhibiting a unique personality.

CASHIER

  • SPIN! cashiers are more than just order takers! As the first and last point of contact for our guests in the restaurant, cashiers set the stage for a great SPIN! experience. An upbeat, friendly and helpful attitude is key for all cashiers. Team members in this position will help guests place orders, handle phone and to-go orders and assist servers when necessary. Being comfortable interacting with people and a team player work ethic is necessary for this role.

LINE COOKS AND PREP COOKS

  • SPIN! line and prep cooks may work in a variety of positions in the back of house, including the make table (preparing pizzas), salad area and oven. The kitchen team is responsible for ensuring that SPINs high standards and specs are met. Attention to detail and taking pride in his or her work is important for each line/prep cook. A positive attitude and team player work ethic is necessary, along with being able to produce quickly during peak volume.

BUS/DISH

  • SPIN! bus/dish washer team members keep the wheels on the SPIN! bus. Responsibilities include: bussing tables during peak volume; making sure all dishes, including pots and pans are cleaned during each shift; and assisting the kitchen with a variety of tasks. Pride in getting the job done effectively is important in this role. As with all SPIN! team members, a positive attitude and team player work ethic is necessary.
