Job Description

The Community Reinvestment Act Data Analyst assists the CRA Officer to gather data, validate accuracy, and prepare supporting reports for the Bank to meet regulatory and strategic requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Fair Lending, and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA).


What You'll Do

Assist CRA, Fair Lending, and HMDA teams to collect, validate, and document Bank data across multiple lines of business

Use complex databases to perform data quality checks, validity checks, geocoding, and reporting

Review data and compare to loan and investment documentation (promissory notes, credit memos, financial reports, etc.) to ensure accuracy

Review reports, data, and individual transactions to ensure all loans, investments, and services are appropriately identified and include the required information

Coordinate and remediate found errors with business units to ensure data integrity

Maintain reportable quality databases for CRA, Fair Lending, and HMDA reporting

Assist preparing reports and meeting material for various CRA and Fair Lending committees

Assist preparing reports and validating information during Bank audits and examinations

Document operating procedures for data collection, validation, and reporting

Assist with annual review of all procedures to recommend improvements as needed

Assist with maintaining CRA and Fair Lending maps of assessment areas and facilities

Assist with maintaining annual CRA Public Files


What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of relevant experience

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures in a precise and organized manner

Intermediate skills using complex database software and Microsoft Office suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in problem solving

Ability to establish effective work relationships both internally and externally

Commitment to customer privacy and information security

Experience with bank documentation (notes, credit memos, loan documents, etc.) a plus

Knowledge of the Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending, or HMDA a plus


Work Location: This role will be 3 days in Lebanon, NH office with the option for hybrid.ย
