Job description

Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the First Line of Defense (FLOD) Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program. This role provides effective support and collaborates between internal relationships with business units and regions in developing goals, strategies, and performance management to meet the Bank's CRA goals and objectives.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

CRA Review and Rationale Write-Up - Interpret CRA regulations to review potential community development activities and prepare rationale write-ups that accurately reflect the Bank's activities and impact on communities including verification and cataloguing of necessary documentation.


Analysis - Conduct analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of CRA programs and provide recommendations for improvements.


Volunteer events - Plan and execute on volunteer appreciate events and activities. Provide support and coordinate volunteer event opportunities specific to CRA/Community Development while ensuring adequate coverage.


Support - Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing questions and concerns. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to volunteer management.

Other duties as assigned, such as supporting the annual Assessment Area delineation or Public File maintenance.


Qualifications:
Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in community reinvestment, program management
Preferred Area of Experience:Volunteer Management, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program compliance and examination
