Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at Alden Poplar Creek. This role offers a supportive environment, strong leadership, and true work-life balance in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Qualifications
Active Illinois PTA license
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting is helpful
Willingness to learn Net Health EMR (training provided)
