Our InfraRED Studio is a premium, boutique-style environment designed to deliver intentional movement, elevated coaching, and real results. If you're a seasoned yoga, Pilates, or barre instructor who thrives in front of a room and loves building community, this is your stage.
We're looking for experienced, confident coaches who know how to lead with presence, energy, and purpose.
What You'll Do
  • A seasoned or experienced instructor in Yoga, Pilates, and/or Barre
  • Comfortable leading in a heated/infrared environment (or excited to learn)
  • Strong in cueing, sequencing, and offering smart modifications
  • Confident performing in front of a room and owning your space
  • Passionate about community, connection, and changing lives
  • You don't just teach movement. You coach it. You embody it. You elevate it.
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive, high-energy boutique experience
  • Lead safe, effective, and engaging InfraRED classes for all levels
  • Deliver intentional programming with clear coaching and alignment focus
  • Begin and end every class on time - professionalism matters
  • Own your class on the schedule and keep subbing to a minimum
  • Partner with Fitness Leadership on scheduling, feedback, and studio standards
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, excellence and uphold all Group Exercise policies

  • Actively promote your classes to drive attendance and engagement
  • Post on social media at least 2x per week promoting your class (stories, reels, posts - we love creativity!)

What You'll Need
  • Yoga Alliance certification (RYT-200+) preferred
  • Prior experience teaching Yoga (Vinyasa, Power, Restorative), Pilates, and/or Barre
  • Experience coaching multi-level participants
  • Strong understanding of alignment, breathwork, and intelligent class design
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Professional presence and high energy
  • Heated studio experience preferred - but we'll support the right coach.
