Seeking a hands-on Salesforce CPQ technical application manager with strong go-to-market (GTM) / lead-to-cash domain knowledge.

The role will own CPQ configuration, solution design, UAT, go-live support, and act as a technical consultant between sales, product, pricing, finance and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own Salesforce CPQ for business messaging and paid-messaging product lines
  • Translate sales and product requirements into clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and technical specifications.
  • Design and configure CPQ solutions end-to-end (pricing rules, bundles, discounts, approvals, quote generation, etc.).
  • Validate engineering deliverables, lead and execute UAT with business users, and coordinate go-live and hyper care activities.
  • Act as technical liaison between onshore stakeholders and offshore engineers/vendors ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Provide consultative input on GTM strategies (discount design, packaging, rollout sequencing) and recommend optimal
  • implementation approaches.
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (product, pricing, legal, finance, SSPOs, MFT and other cross-functional teams) to manage exceptions and approvals.
  • Mentor/guide junior admins or support resources and help establish runbooks and operational processes.
  • Participate in incident/support escalations and contribute to continuous improvement of CPQ processes.
Required qualifications:
  • 8–12 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (hands-on configuration and implementation).
  • Demonstrated experience across lead-to-cash processes and GTM systems.
  • Strong ability to produce clear PRDs and translate business strategy into technical solutions.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing vendor/offshore partners.
  • Experience conducting UAT and managing go-live/hypercare.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to advise sales/product stakeholders as a consultant.
  • Comfortable working US hours and coordinating with offshore teams.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 10–12 years experience with enterprise SaaS or large-scale CPQ deployments.
  • Experience with messaging or ad-tech product monetization (preferred).
  • Prior experience with vendor management or in a distributed delivery model.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
