Job description

The Dartmouth Group is hiring a part time Pool Attendant to work weekends and holidays only during the summer.
Work Hours: 8am-3pm OR 9am-4pm, SAT, SUN, & HOLIDAYS through Sept.
Daily responsibilities:
  • Walk pool area and inspect for cleanliness.
  • Pick up and clean debris, skim the pool, arrange the outdoor furniture.
  • Conduct pool water testing as directed by the onsite CPO.
  • Manage pool entrance and sign-in.
  • Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, and guests.
  • Ensure homeowners, visitors, and guests sign in when the enter the pool area.
  • Maintain pool rules.

Pay rate: $18-$19 an hour.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
