Job Description
MITER BRANDS is seeking a highly professional and safety-focused Private Company Pilot to support executive and business travel operations. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and cargo while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of making sound decisions in dynamic environments.
Compensation: $130,358.59 - $165,000.00 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company aircraft for executives, team members, and business-related travel.
  • Transport passengers and cargo while ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Perform thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections of aircraft systems, fuel levels, navigation equipment, and overall operational readiness.
  • Monitor weather conditions, analyze flight plans, and determine the safest and most efficient routes.
  • Calculate fuel requirements and ensure proper flight preparation prior to departure.
  • Maintain communication with air traffic control and coordinate effectively throughout all phases of flight.
  • Collaborate with co-pilots and flight crew to ensure smooth and professional flight operations.
  • Respond calmly and professionally during emergencies or unexpected situations while prioritizing passenger safety.
  • Maintain accurate flight logs, records, and documentation.
  • Stay current on aviation regulations, aircraft advancements, and navigation technology.
  • Ensure aircraft cleanliness, readiness, and overall operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Commercial Pilot's License (CPL) required.
  • Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) required.
  • Minimum of 2,000 hours of total flight time required.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aviation safety standards, and flight operations.
