Duty Days Per Year: 170 during 2026-2027 school year
Hours Per Day: 7:00am-8:45am Mondays and Tuesdays, 6:10am-8:45am Thursdays and Fridays. Possible Non School Days

Salary: $18.50 - $18.87 per hour, depending on qualifications and according to the Unaffiliated Work Agreement
Qualifications: We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is comfortable and experienced in working with students of challenging behaviors.
  • Skilled in positive behavior intervention
  • 18 years of age or older, required.
  • Training and experience related to child development, child guidance, cultural dynamics, communication, and activities is desired.
  • Effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills with adults and children.
  • Help to establish a physical environment that encourages all children to assume responsibility for developing their social, physical and intellectual skills.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of creative and research based procedures for enabling special needs children to thrive at Kids Connection.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification, preferred.
