Job description

Step into a day shaping how CPG brands go to market

Morning: you scan your pipeline of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) prospects, prioritize outreach, and leverage your own network to open doors for folding carton packaging and pressure sensitive (PS) label opportunities. Midday: you’re collaborating with Meyers’ client success and support teammates to align solutions, fine-tune next steps, and ensure a smooth experience from first call through onboarding. Afternoon: you’re translating feedback and activity into crisp forecasts for leadership, then heading to a trade show event where you expand relationships and represent our brand.

As a CPG Packaging Growth Manager at Meyers, you’ll be central to our organic revenue growth—winning new logos and nurturing them into long-term partnerships across folding cartons and PS labels.

What you’ll drive
  • Identify and engage CPG brands that buy folding cartons or PS labels to build a healthy, qualified sales pipeline.
  • Activate your existing contacts at CPG brands to create early sales momentum at Meyers.
  • Develop strong prospect relationships and maintain them as they transition to valued customers.
  • Partner closely with client success and support to elevate customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts and activity reports to senior management.
  • Represent Meyers at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to network and promote our capabilities.
  • Collaborate across teams to refine the sales process—from outreach through ongoing customer success.
What you bring
  • At least 1 year selling folding cartons or pressure sensitive labels with a proven record of results.
  • Command of sales strategy, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
  • Fluency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in outside sales and practical packaging industry experience.
Rewards and benefits
  • Competitive pay structure with salary and commissions.
  • Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Generous paid time off plus 10 holidays.
  • Profit sharing.
  • On-site exercise room and more.

Meyers is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

If you’re energized by opening doors at CPG brands and turning first wins into durable growth, we’d love to meet you.
