About the Role
Barcel Global is looking for an Associate Brand Manager - Global Media Content & Culture to help build globally relevant, culturally driven brands.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of creative development, social strategy, and global marketing, helping scale content across markets while ensuring strong cultural relevance.
You'll play a key role in developing global campaigns, managing adaptations, and shaping how brands show up across regions-particularly with Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
What You'll Do
Manage Global Adaptations
  • Coordinate adaptation of global campaigns across markets
  • Manage timelines, assets, and workflows to ensure efficient execution
  • Partner with teams globally to ensure content is locally relevant and on-brand

Enable Cross-Market Collaboration
  • Work across global and regional teams to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Support teams with content planning, execution, and feedback loops

Help scale best practices and high-performing ideas across markets
Drive Global Creative & Content
  • Support development of global campaigns and content platforms
  • Ensure creative work is designed to scale across diverse markets
  • Translate strategy into actionable guidance for local teams

Lead Cultural Insights & Trend Activation
  • Identify and translate Gen Z / Gen Alpha trends into marketing opportunities

What We're Looking For
  • 1-5 years of experience in marketing, brand, social, or content strategy
