Key Responsibilities Strategy & Solution Leadership
  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for demand planning and replenishment capabilities within the Retail/CPG vertical.
  • Lead market analysis to identify evolving customer needs, technology trends, and competitive differentiation.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to shape solution roadmaps aligned to retailer and CPG supply chain needs.
Forecasting & Replenishment Expertise
  • Develop frameworks for forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and replenishment for DC and stores; develop a roadmap for enhancing and creating a market advantage for other supply chain products such as MDM, Allocation and store execution.
  • Guide the development of machine learning models for demand sensing, seasonality detection, and supply signal integration.
  • Align replenishment strategies with business goals such as OTIF, cost‑to‑serve, and working capital reduction.
Customer Engagement & Enablement
  • Act as a strategic advisor to top‑tier clients, co‑developing solutions and demonstrating value realization from pilot to scale.
  • Lead executive briefings, workshops, and advisory sessions on demand and supply planning best practices.
  • Help drive pre‑sales conversations, RFP responses, and value proofing alongside Sales and Solutions teams.
Go‑to‑Market & Internal Collaboration
  • Develop use cases, customer stories, and ROI cases for GTM materials and field enablement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to translate technical capabilities into compelling positioning for business stakeholders.
  • Work with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and sustained impact.
  • Develop product positioning and pricing strategies to gain market share and maximize profits.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in retail or CPG supply chain management, preferably in demand planning, forecasting, MDM, allocation, store operations.
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or consulting focused on supply chain transformation highly preferred.
  • Deep domain knowledge in tools such as Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, o9, Relex, Oracle RPAS.
  • Proven success in managing cross‑functional teams and influencing product direction in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate analytics and strategy into clear business value.
  • Background in data science, analytics, or AI/ML application to forecasting is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
