Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns, while providing strategic tax planning and advisory services.
  • Conduct audits to evaluate financial health and compliance, recommending improvements and best practices.
  • Provide advisory services on business strategies, investments, and risk management.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
