This position description outlines the duties, responsibilities, authority, and performance expectations for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for Sunbelt Vacuum Service, Inc dba Sunbelt Disposal & Recycling, Cypress Point Ventures, LLC and Linklogiq, LLC.


2. POSITION SUMMARY

The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) serves as a strategic financial leader responsible for overseeing the Company’s accounting operations, tax planning, financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management. This position provides financial analysis and recommendations to ownership while ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls across all company(s) operations.

The CPA supports multiple business divisions, including:
