Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who enjoys working closely with clients and providing trusted accounting and tax guidance. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will manage accounting and tax engagements for a diverse client base while delivering accurate financial solutions and building long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other business entities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and related financial reports.
  • Perform general ledger analysis, account reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
  • Conduct tax research and respond to tax notices from government agencies.
  • Provide clients with tax planning, financial guidance, and practical solutions to help them navigate changing tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Communicate complex financial and tax information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing excellent client service.
  • Manage multiple client engagements while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Stay current on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to provide clients with up-to-date advice.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in accounting and tax preparation.
  • Credentials: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • Tax & Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations, with experience preparing corporate, partnership, and individual income tax returns.
  • Tax Research: Ability to conduct tax research, interpret tax laws, and respond to tax notices from government agencies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other standard office applications.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and effectively to clients.
