Job description

Our client is currently looking for a CPA or CPA Candidate is based in Avon, CO, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, performing audit and assurance procedures, and supporting tax planning and compliance for a diverse client base. The role involves analyzing financial data, assisting with internal controls assessments, and contributing to accurate financial reporting and grant compliance. Team members will collaborate with colleagues and clients, maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations, and help deliver personalized, high-quality service to not-for-profit, governmental, and other organizational clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Accounting skills, with the ability to interpret and apply accounting principles in varied client environments.

  • Certified Public Accounting (CPA) credential or active CPA candidacy, with progress toward licensure.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and commitment to ethical practice.
