Job description

We are looking for a TAX/STAFF ACCOUNTANT to join our team! We are a local Redlands/Inland Empire CPA firm providing high quality accounting and tax services.

Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger postings using Quickbooks or a general ledger accounting software program
  • Bank reconciliations, calculation and processing of payroll
  • Preparation of financial statements, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual payroll, sales tax, and business property tax returns
  • Preparation and review of individual, business, and fiduciary income tax returns

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
  • Accounting degree or working towards a degree
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
