Job description

Lead Installer Deliver Premium Commercial Flooring with Uncapped Earnings

Job Overview

The Opportunity You will take command of complex commercial flooring projects, utilizing your expert craftsmanship to install high-performance materials in demanding environments. This role is designed for a master installer who values precision and wants to be rewarded directly for their productivity and high-quality results. You will lead onsite efforts to maintain our reputation for excellence while mentoring the next generation of installers.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute master-level installations of specialized products including vinyl with flash coving, rubber sheet, and hygienic wall cladding (and other similar installations).

  • Lead and coordinate onsite crews to ensure all projects are completed to the "Forever Warranty" standard.

  • Manage material layout and site preparation strategies to maximize daily installation volume and efficiency.

  • Mentor junior laborers and installers by demonstrating advanced technical skills and proper tool maintenance.

  • Maintain a professional and organized job site that reflects the company's commitment to quality and safety.

  • Communicate effectively with Field Managers to report progress and proactively resolve site-specific technical challenges.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial flooring installation.

  • Proven expertise in installing vinyl with flash coving, rubber sheet, rubber tiles, and ceramic.

  • Expert proficiency with LVT/LVP, carpet tile systems.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site logistics and crew performance independently.

  • Willingness to travel to regional job sites to support diverse commercial projects.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Advanced knowledge of floor preparation and moisture mitigation systems.

  • Familiarity with manufacturer-specific installation guidelines and technical safety training.

  • Bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
