What you´ll do
  • TheSenior Manager, Social Channel & Creator Marketing is the drivingforce behind the brand’s (SexyHair, DevaCurl, STMNT, and MyDentity) socialentertainment strategies on TikTok
  • Developand execute TikTok-first content strategies across brands – building analways-on entertainment engine that fuels advocacy, brand fame, andtraffic to our digital commerce ecosystem
  • Collaborateclosely with the Director, Creative, Brand, and Digital Commerce teams, ensuringoptimal strategy and growth of TikTok and TikTok Shop for maximum reachand ROI
  • Maintain deepunderstanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and best practicesto stay ahead of emerging trends
  • Ensure TikTokplays a distinct yet integrated role within the MSDS social ecosystem(alongside Meta and YouTube)
  • Identify,onboard, and manage TikTok creators across micro, nano, and professionaltiers to deliver high-quality, authentic content
  • Build andmaintain relationships with top creators and platform reps, ensuring MSDSremains an early adopter and innovation partner
  • Oversee thecreation of short-form video content — trend-based, educational, andentertainment-led
  • Develop acontent calendar balancing campaign moments with always-on storytellingand trend participation
  • Track andanalyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, contentefficiency, and conversion
  • Lead regularplatform reviews with internal and external partners
  • Manage andmentor Social Content Managers per brand
  • Foster ahigh-energy, experimentation-driven team culture that thrives oncreativity and accountability
  • Partnercross-functionally with Meta and YouTube counterparts to share insightsand align multi-platform strategies
What makes you a good fit
  • 6-8 years ofrelevant experience in building and maintaining social media platforms
  • Experiencemanaging a team
  • Experience inthe beauty or haircare industry is preferred
  • Expertise in video storytelling, content production, and TikTok analytics
  • Extensiveexperience with growing businesses on TikTok Shop, Seller Center, and workingwith affiliate creators
  • Knowledge of PowerBIand Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to leada creative team that operates under ROI-based incentives
  • Experience workingwithin large budgets and allocating financial resources

Thesalary range for this role is $120000.00 and $135000.00. This range represents thegood‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting.In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
