The Brand Content Creator will be responsible for producing authentic, high-quality content that showcases our golf equipment innovation and resonates with golfers of all skill levels, with a strong emphasis on the womenโ€™s golf community and modern female golfer experience. This role combines technical expertise in video production, photography, and graphic design with deep understanding of golf culture to create compelling brand narratives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a passionate golfer who can translate product performance into engaging visual stories while maintaining brand consistency across Srixon, Cleveland Golf, and XXIO portfolios. The ideal candidate is energized by telling authentic golf stories through a womanโ€™s perspective and has a deep interest in womenโ€™s golf, including the LPGA, female amateurs, and the growth of the womenโ€™s game.

  • Video Production & Storytelling
    • Develop content that highlights womenโ€™s golf stories, athletes, and equipment performance through a female golferโ€™s lens, including LPGA-related moments and women-led golf culture
    • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit premium video content including product launches, in-studio production, club testing sessions, and course-based performance demonstrations
    • Create compelling ball flight analysis and technology showcase videos that highlight equipment advantage
    • Produce authentic golfer testimonials and fitting experience content that builds credibility and trust
    • Develop brand-specific seasonal content series aligned with golf calendar (major championships, equipment launches, course conditions)
  • Golf-Specific Photography & Product Visualization

    • Create engaging content for golf-specific platforms and communities

    • Optimize content for golf equipment buyer journey from awareness to purchase consideration
  • Brand Asset Management & Quality Control
    • Maintain comprehensive digital asset library organized by brand, product category, and content type
    • Ensure all content adheres to global brand guidelines and technical specifications
    • Manage content approval workflows and version control for multi-brand portfolio
    • Create content templates and style guides that ensure consistency across team and agency partners
  • Travel & Event Documentation
    • Cover major championship events and tour professional equipment usage, including LPGA and womenโ€™s professional golf events. Working weekends is required.
    • Capture compelling content at tour events, retail partner locations, and golf industry trade shows.
    • Document product testing sessions and R&D facility visits
    • Produce behind-the-scenes content that humanizes the brand and showcases golf industry expertise
  • Content Performance & Analytics
    • Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social listening platforms.

Education & Experience
