Private Family in Miami, FL Seeking a Full-Time Domestic Couple (Live-Out Preferred)

Position: Full-Time Domestic Couple
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: 5 days per week, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (with appropriate breaks); flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation: $180,000$200,000 combined annual salary, depending on experience
Start Date: Flexible
Relocation: Preference for local, live-out candidates, but option for live-in

About the Family

An international family based in Miami, Florida, is seeking a highly experienced Domestic Couple to oversee and support the daily operations of their primary residence. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional, service-oriented couple who takes pride in maintaining an exceptionally well-run household.

The family upholds high standards and values discretion, loyalty, and consistency. Their long-standing domestic couple is retiring after many years, and they are seeking a seamless and committed replacement for this important role.

Children: Two (ages 6 and 10)
Residence: Large private home
Pets: One mid-sized dog
Additional Staff: Live-in housekeeper (collaborative team environment)

ResponsibilitiesInterior Responsibilities (shared and/or designated based on strengths)
  • Daily detailed housekeeping and deep cleaning
  • Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
  • Changing linens and maintaining overall household organization
  • Family-style cooking and meal preparation
  • Kitchen and pantry organization, stocking, and provisioning
  • Assisting with childcare for two school-aged children
  • Supporting school routines and child-related needs
  • Working collaboratively with the live-in housekeeper
