Job description

Position: Domestic Couple (Cooking required)
Location: Sarasota, FL
Schedule & Accommodations:
Private living quarters provided in a separate wing of the home
When principals are not in residence: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (weekday live-in only; weekends off-site)
When principals are in residence: Full-time live-in support required throughout their stay
A private, professional couple (no children, no pets) with a long history of loyal staff is seeking a polished and experienced Domestic Couple to manage their 9,500 sq. ft. seasonal residence in Sarasota. Candidates must be discreet, service-oriented, and capable of overseeing the home independently. One team member must be able to prepare healthy meals. This is a hands-on, full-service role with no additional staff on-site when the principals are in residence.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping:
•Full-charge cleaning and upkeep of the home
•Laundry, ironing, and linen care
•General organization and tidying
•Maintaining a clean, guest-ready environment
•Assist with guest preparation and hospitality needs
Cooking (Required):
•Prepare healthy meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); refreshments in the afternoon (if needed)
•Menu planning and grocery shopping
•Maintain a tidy and organized kitchen
•Open to expanding culinary skills if desired
Property Management:
•Oversee all aspects of property care, including the pool, home structure, and general grounds
•Coordinate and supervise vendors and service providers (e.g., landscaping, repairs, maintenance)
•Perform light handyman duties and routine maintenance tasks as needed
•Manage home security and smart systems
•Run errands and handle airport pick-up/drop-off as needed
•Arrange outdoor set-ups, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for principals and guests
Qualifications:
•Legally able to work in the United States
•Must be tech-savvy, especially with home security and smart systems
•Prior experience in a private home as a domestic couple
•One team member must have solid cooking skills
•Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
