This position is rooted in an outpatient counseling setting, promoting flexibility in scheduling to meet the varied demands of our clientele. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations, crafting personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique situations and therapy goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Employ a variety of advanced therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, customizing your approach to suit each client's needs.
• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards pertaining to practice.
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge by staying current with new research and taking part in relevant workshops and professional development opportunities.

At Harmony Reach Services, you will work with a diverse client population seeking support in various areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse counseling, family relationship dynamics, and couple's therapy. This role involves forming therapeutic bonds with individuals from various backgrounds, which enriches the counseling experience and offers a broader perspective on mental health challenges.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, with a preference for experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Proficient understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport and inclusivity within diverse client segments.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and actively collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize client care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software crucial to record-keeping and client management.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma therapy, substance abuse treatment, family dynamics, or couple's therapy is highly desirable.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 based on caseload and experience.
