• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health issues, history, and therapy goals.
• Develop customized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and narrative therapy.
• Implement and monitor individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships through effective communication and rapport-building, providing clients with a safe space to explore their feelings and overcome obstacles.
• Document clinical sessions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards for confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies for client care.

Your primary focus will be on adults in various stages of detox and recovery from substance abuse. You will be empowered to support clients experiencing complex emotional and psychological challenges related to addiction, helping them navigate their recovery journey in a compassionate and client-centered manner. Your expertise will equip clients with practical coping strategies and therapeutic tools vital for sustaining positive change.

• Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, ideally within a detox or substance use rehabilitation context.
• Strong clinical competencies, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Exceptional communication abilities, with a profound capacity for empathy and establishing interpersonal connections.

• Experience using telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities specifically catered to substance use disorders.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
