Job description

Brief Description of Job and Division/Department
The County of Morris Municipal Utilities Authority/Curbside Recycling Department is seeking a qualified individual to drive a sanitation truck on specified routes to pick up recycling material.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
  • completing route paperwork
  • reading town maps
  • keeping vehicle clean
  • performing minor repairs to truck

Qualifications
Must have CDL with Class B endorsement and one year experience in driving a truck with tandem/dual rear axles and a gross vehicle weight of at least 26,000 lbs. Applicants should be able to read and write English sufficiently enough to perform the duties of this position.
