1 Part-Time ELL Paraprofessional (3.5 hours/day 17.5 hours/week)
RANGE OF PAY: $16.59/hr - $18.32/hrย 
(While in effect, additional compensation from the Millage initiative will be awarded annually.ย For the 2026-27 school year, the amount for this position is $3,254.50 and will be prorated from July 1, 2026.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
(1) ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  A high school diploma or its equivalent and two (2) years of study at an accredited postsecondary institution; orย anย Associate'sย degree or higher; or passed a rigorous examinationย demonstratingย knowledge of and the ability toย assistย in instructing reading, writing,ย and mathematics.ย

(3)ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Computerย proficiency.ย

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Note:ย ย ย  Paraprofessionals may be assigned to ESE, Basic, Vocational, Guidance, Media or assigned to perform clerical duties as needed to support school programs.ย ย ย 
*(1)ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist the teacher in preparing instructional materials and equipment.
* (2)ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist the teacher in implementing classroom activities.
* (3)ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide instructional assistance as planned or coordinated by the teacher or administrator.
* (4)ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide student supervision as required by the teacher or administrator.
* (5)ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform assigned clerical and bookkeeping duties.
