*Job Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care (dressing, mobility, bathing, grooming, toileting, exercise)

Emotional support and companionship

Medication reminders

Accompany client to medical appointments, errands and social events

Light housekeeping and laundry

Job Schedule:

Hourly shifts can range from 4 hours to 12 hours

Job Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide License Required

High school diploma or GED

Recent negative TB test

Proof of MMR vaccine (measles, mumps, rubella)

Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Experience

Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)

RULES OF THE PROGRAM

· Please make sure the person who you refer mentions your first and last name at the interview, so we know who gets credit for the referral!

· The employee must be an active certified home health aide (CHHA) in New Jersey and in good standing with the board of nursing.

· Employees must work 60 days- after the 60 days is completed you will be paid the bonus amount in your paycheck.

How the program will pay out

· Refer 1 employee= $200.00 per employee

· Refer 2 employees= $250.0o per employee

· Refer 3 employees= $300.00 per employee

· Refer 4 employees= $350.00 per employee

· Refer 5 employees= $400.00 per employee
