Job description

As a Host or Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly, cheerfully and courteously. Duties of this position include answering phones, taking, entering and packaging To Go orders, collecting payment, filling beverage orders, assisting service personnel in clearing and setting tables, resolving complaints as they occur, notifying the manager of any complaints received. A qualified applicant must be able to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations, be able to communicate with guests, have sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area, and meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling.
